Many people I work with don&#039;t lose that much in the initial stages of their weight loss programmes - steady loss is healthy and more likely to stay &#039;lost&#039; in the long term, so don&#039;t be hard on yourself.  If you&#039;re feeling tired, have a look at how much protein you&#039;re consuming.  Most women require between 70g &amp; 90g each day but very few of us actually meet that goal without assistance.  If you can do it, it will help your energy levels enormously.  Keep it up, you&#039;re doing great!  (Love your blog, too.. :) )</description>

		<description>I&#039;ll have to look for that app and download it.  I did look around for some apps the other day, but didn&#039;t download anything.  As for the Nike app, no I haven&#039;t tried it.

And I know all about those obsessions.  I&#039;ve got a couple cans of Pringles in the pantry that have been taunting me.  Not to mention all the baked goodies from Christmas in the freezer.  But I&#039;m gonna take some of those to work on Monday.</description>

It has some cool features - I just wish it would sync to some kind of desktop app. I am thinking about getting the Nike shoe thingy that goes with the program that came with the itouch... Have you used it? Can&#039;t get fit without getting geeky! 

I really wish I wasn&#039;t obsessing about a bowl of cocoa pebbles right now.... must....resist....</description>
